Aion :Getting your items back
So today I was trying to do my alchemy expert quest AGAIN. I had gotten all the material needed to make the first item (Durable Proof Tome) and I DC in the middle of making it. When I logged back in there was no item and my materials were gone. I ran around to get more fluxes and bought the catylists again and made the stones/crstals... I tried again and it didn't proc so I sold the white tome for cash.
I submitted a ticked to NCsoft after I logged back in after the DC.
I got a reply back saying they couldnt restore my items because it shows I sold the tome. Well yeah I sold the second one look at the logs more closely.....
Anyway my question is, has anyone gotten their items back after something like this occured??
This was my 17th time failing proc item which is rediculous and its really expensive. If they can look at logs, I would think theyd be able to do it correctly. I have the feeling I won't be getting any help outta this one.
