Give Up Other Things for Charge
Heroic Throw is not a strong form of Avenger Shield and Challenging Shout is much stronger. When they gave up Requiem Lant you can hear someone say they will give up something for Challenging Shout. For warriors, they would manage to get it back in a short time after they give up Shockwave for Consecration.
