Realms with the RP rule set
I am with you on this and am fully aware that there are two RP realms and one blade soul gold realm currently eligible for transfers, but only to PVP or PVE realms respectively. It is definitely not an ideal situation, nor is the RP rule set something we have shrugged off. We did carefully evaluate population, faction, and queue data from all realms with the RP rule set.
