Continue following the road to Pilgrim Respite. Get Quest: Phoenix Dynasty Gold from Ibion. Get Quest: Feed A Cold from Vascus. Turn In: Give and Take.. Fly to Verteron do not use Return, you will need it soon. You can also take this opportunity to gather the weapon crates for Foolish Gamble quest while in this area. Burning the Totem is very similar when coming in from the coast. Just stick as close to the left wall as possible running into the wall at an angle that keeps you moving forward.
