The voice is just as good right now
Ulduar also holds another shield that Restoration Shamans are sure to be interested in. The Ice Layered barrier is our next contender. The Forsaken World Gold of this shield is quite nice, which allows you to have a bit more longevity in the field. For those of you who are out there with the voice of reason need not worry about getting this shield because the voice is just as good right now, but if you do not, this is a little bit easier to get.
