I had a lot of treble when I first attempted this quest at level 27ish on my Entropiauniverse ped; the quest itself is not hard, no killing require, the hard part is to actually find the NPC Lugbug. To begin this quest you must first be at least level 26, once level 26 teleport to Reshanta Primum Fortress and speak to Scoda to begin this quest.
