This will synergize well
Increase your maximum Runic Power by 10/20/30. If you are going a split between Blood and Frost and are getting Dancing Rune Tabula Rasa credits Weapon then this will synergize well. Otherwise you will be reneging and using Runic Power so much that more Runic Power is not going to help.
